The dates haven’t been announced yet—they’ll be on http://www.blogworldexpo.com/ when they are, and there’s a mailing list you can sign up for.

For the past two years it’s been on the Thursday, Friday and Saturday of October closest to the 15th, in which case the 2011 one might be October 13th to 15th. Just a guess though.
